UP&UP’s Monique McNamara worked directly with the Sustainability and Safety Team at Transpacific to create a unique and engaging Safety Communications Strategy, Brand, Messaging and Safety mascot.
The main aim of the campaign is to embed and reward a safety culture across the Transpacific business sites in Australia Nationally and in New Zealand.
We took a consultative approach engaging floor staff , Health Safety and Environment Managers and the Management Team. They result directly engaged with the staff culture of a majority of men ending in the creation of the Gorilla Safety Mascot that was a majority vote to launch the campaign.
The new Identity is now being rolled-out into many staff awareness and internal communication channels from trucks to posters in the staff rooms, newsletters and online. The brand and mascots talkative style will continue to evolve to tell the Transpacific Safety culture story.
