UP&UP Creative worked with HNA to determine the company objectives and the role HNA saw the website contributing towards those objectives. The website became the key communication tool to relaunch the company.
HNA PHYSIO had in its network 30 centres in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane and employed 100 physios and 80 support staff. HNA now supports in excess of 100 centres.
The HNA Intranet was developed after an audit of the centre’s communication needs. A chat forum was customised to post inhouse advice, share news and training opportunities.
The HNA Intranet enables all the national members to communicate with each other.
The HNA corporate website has received positive feedback about its fresh look and ease of navigation. The site has attracted new recruits and engaged staff.
