Brand Creation and Campaign Roll Out

ANZ engaged UP&UP to revitalise the internal culture and values program initiative ’Breakout’. An inspiring and energetic new logo was created to build on existing milestones and to launch a new phase of the Breakout program offered to employees.

UP&UP also created a new ‘look and feel’ for the rollout of communication materials across the organisation incorporating Breakout identity and branding architecture, intranet site, workbooks, certificates, posters, internal communication material and various other launch campaign materials.

 

 

Outcomes

The illustrations of the people demonstrated human diversity without being too specific. This created a feeling of inclusion as all walks of life were represented.
