Sustainable Living Foundation

Proudly supporting the SLF since 1999

As we come towards the end of the 2013 Sustainable Living Festival we wanted to take this opportunity to look back on some of the work we have done with and for this fantastic organisation over the years.

UP&UP Creative has been a supporter or the Sustainable Living Foundation since its inception in 1999. SLF is a volunteer run organisation and close to our heart. We are pleased to have been able to support the Sustainable Living Foundation in the form of over $35,000+ worth of expertise as pro bono support consisting of… to name a few – the original SLF logo, 2000 Festival Campaign for the first Fed Square event, Social-marketing consultancy and creative design. Monique has also contributed to the SLF Board elected in 2004 and volunteered over many events alongside many others to support SLF to realise their vision.

We support the Sustainable Living Foundation and the Festival as we value the contribution they make to promoting and communicating sustainable thinking and presenting acheivable solutions to both business and community. This is in line with our work by using sustainable thinking as an innovation tool, supporting a better future and helping business take leadership in creating positive social change.

SLF undertake an amazing challange each year to program an extroidenary line-up of thinkers, doers and idea creators with limited funding and a lot of generosity. Fund the foundations work and the yearly festival at the following links:

Poylglot Theatre Postcard

Although it has only been a week back we have already hit the ground running at UP&UP Creative working on a range of client projects.

We are pleased to newly partner with Polyglot Theatre to develop their 2013 marketing material. This week we also have received copies of the Polyglot Promotional Postcard we designed for launch this year! (pictured above).

The postcard followed on from successfully producing Polyglot’s 2012 Annual Report.

The Postcard is the start of further developing the look and feel of Polyglot which is fun, creative and shows the children centric nature of their dynamic work (perfect project really!). The creative process resulted in a promotional postcard that utilises the tactile ripped cardboard, that is a feature of their current branding, in an interesting layout to showcase their projects.

We look further to evolving the brand and we are currently finishing the 2013 Schools Workshop brochure and poster.

We are really pleased with the outcome and working with the Polyglot team. Stay tuned!

Project: Fundraising campaign and brochure design

Packaging up the work of the Sustainable Living Foundation’s last 11 years was no small feat.
Ensuring existing and future donors understood the organisations value to the sustainability movement was crucial while clearly pitching the SLF’s agenda for future action was critical. The final outcome was true to the SLF’s fun nature and community spirit while tackling our worlds biggest challenges.

UP&UP Provided:

  • Communications consultancy
  • Concept development
  • Content architecture
  • Creative design
The campaign was delivered via social media, direct to members and online.
